Returns & Exchanges

At SANTO STUDIO, we strive for perfection in every silhouette, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original SANTO STUDIO shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
